The interview went very well. It was a basic interview with questions about handling theft and work ethic and my past experience. I blew it when it came time to the phone quiz they ask you to take. The directions were hard to hear and switched from 1 to 5 with 1 being "not likely" and 5 being "very likely" to the opposite (so 1 was "very likely"). I accidentally said that I got in frequent fist fights at work. Pay attention to the directions and ask for assistance during the phone portion if you couldn't hear the instructions (my connection skipped even though I was on a landline). The manager was great and I was so excited to work there. It was very disappointing to make a dumb error!
