I applied to the job 2 months ago. They rejected. And I got approached by a recruiter 2 months after their rejection. 1- They rejected me without looking at my resume probably, as I was qualified for the role. They probably use ATS or AI to screen and not actually read anything. 2- 2 months into(minimum, maybe longer) the job opening and they still have recruiters reaching out to people. Not a great outlook. Not recommended.
