Viceroy Homes interview questions

Phone call responding to my application. Told me about the company and asked me a few questions, Then he sent my resume to the GM of the location where I would be working for him to call with a phone interview.

Was already working for Viceroy in Union Position. Was recruited and asked to apply from direct Supervisor. Interviewed and hired on past experience and current work ethics. Fell easily into position, micro-managed for more than three weeks by over-bearing employee who had previously held the same position several year earlier.
