2 Interviews - First one with Sales Manager, second with HR.
Sales Manager extremely open and honest. Very down to earth and explained the pros and cons with the industry and what to expect in the job role. HR was a much more formal process, generic questions etc...

Interview
There were a total of three interviews. Phone interview with HR, then in person interview with team leads, and the last round was with the IT manager and HR again. Also there was an aptitude test.

There were a lot of behavioural questions and not as many technical questions.
The interview with the IT manager asked the same hypothetical question in many different ways - in order to get the response he was after and to see if i would stand my ground on what i had said.

Interview
First there was a preliminary round by the recruitment agency over the phone and then in person. Later in 3 days I got a call from the agency for an interview invite at the employer location. It was a panel interview with the team lead and senior consultant.
