VicSuper interview questions

There were a lot of behavioural questions and not as many technical questions. The interview with the IT manager asked the same hypothetical question in many different ways - in order to get the response he was after and to see if i would stand my ground on what i had said.

Questions were mainly revolving around the skills and experience required for the job. Additionally, there were also some behavioural questions.
