Very preliminary and high-level waste of time. They flew me all the way to Dallas for the day, paid for my expenses and my airline ticket just to have me walk them through my resume and ask maybe 3 questions. The entire interview wasn’t even an hour. The one woman in the interview didn’t ask any questions, just sat there observing with a judgy look on her face. If you ware interviewing for ophthalmology….. RUN! RUN FAR AWAY the division is a sinking ship.
