      I interviewed at Vial

      Interview

Initially my interview was scheduled on the 4th of December. On the 4th December, I was notified that it is shifted to the 11th of December. I did not get any formal email regarding this rescheduling or even you did not bother to care if I have a conflict that time, only got a calendar requestion regarding that. Now since I need a job, I managed my conflicts and accepted that invitation. Then I prepared again for the interview on the 11th hoping that it will actually happen this time. Then I joined the link only to find that the meeting is not available. Still, none of you even bothered to send an email regarding anything about it. Is this a joke or what? Do you realize how stressful an interview preparation can be for a candidate in grad school being involved in so much work? Learn to value other time. Just because you are an employer, do not consider yourselves above the need of professional courtesy.
