I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ViaBill (New York, NY) in Oct 2021
Interview
I had been reached out by the recruiter. We had one primary call to talk about the position and my background. Then, I had a coding task which I've been told to complete in five days. I completed it without rushing and invited for a technical interview with a senior developer and a PO. We discussed the solutions I've used on the previous task, as well as various Flutter topics. I was allowed to ask questions to the PO about the product, company, teams and so on. Whole process took 20 days. During that, they were always reachable for any questions.

Interview
I was contacted by Viabill to have a chat. They really described me the company in a way I fell in love about it right after hanging off the phone. They sent me a case assignment that should take two hours. I used my weekend to do an excellent exercise and I even recorded a video of the case assignment, not only what it looks like, but also explaining how I've done it step by step. It could be a great tutorial indeed.
The process was really long because every single day was delayed for another day but at least I was being told that I would be a great addition to the team. Monday became Tuesday, Tuesday became Wednesday, which finally became Thursday. According to my GitHub, they took a decision on the same Thursday and they didn't even take a look at the video (16 mins of video), not even visiting it at all.
They refused to give me any feedback on any decision or my test due to 'confidential' reasons.
(I leave the opinion to the reader of why that could happen. Can you imagine?)
