Total 3 rounds. Had the first interview with the manager directly. They didn't show up at all for the first round. Had to reschedule. Normal questions and format. Eventually got a case study to finish and presented to the manager as well. I was told they loved my work, strategy and recommendations. Totally ghosted afterwards. No follow-up, feedback, or answers. Wasted 2 weeks

Premier entretien annulé à la dernière minute par la personne en charge du recrutement. Celle-ci m’a demandé de nouveaux créneaux, auxquels j’ai répondu, sans jamais obtenir de réponse (même après une relance). C’est certainement ce qu’on appelle du “ghosting” d’entreprise.

J'avais passé un premier entretien téléphonique pour un poste de Property Manager, qui m'avait permis d'accéder à un second entretien. Cependant, moins de 48 heures avant le rendez-vous, le manager m'a envoyé un message pour m'informer que l'entretien n’aurait finalement pas lieu, car ils avaient trouvé leur candidat.
Jusque-là, pas de problème. Mais j’ai ensuite constaté qu’ils avaient republié leur annonce sur Welcome To The Jungle, ce qui prouve bien que le respect ne fait absolument pas partie de la culture de cette entreprise.
