No need interview .one indian nurse is operatinal menager.just show them you are not active person and tell him you will not report any incidence or reality to highr menagment.he allwsys afraid if any competative or active person recruted by comapny .he will loose his job..sodani people will get easily job . They allwsys lookung for staf. Avery 6 month staf is submiting resignation .so keep in touch with them.but do not make limited contract.allways do unlimited contract .
