Five step process that included:
1) Written personality questionnaire (essay questions) that could be as short or as long as you like
2) One hour coding assessment taken online and included CSS, HTML, PHP, JavaScript
3) Phone screening
4) Intermediate take home assignment working with a Vet Tix API
5)Onsite interview with the team
My experience was very pleasant, and the foundation has a great vibe with a mission that employees are passionate about. They take the time to get to know candidates thoroughly, which I appreciate, and the take home assignment is a fair assessment of what one might be expected to do as a developer in this organization.
