Stages after the initial CV, CL include
-Video recorded interview
-Hogan assessment
-1-2-1 Interview on MS Teams
-Group assessment on MS Teams
All questions were fairly basic, mostly assessing the fit into the company.
There was no feedback, even after getting to the final stage. They took a full month to give an answer after the final interview stage.
First was video interview to record yourself, then phone Interview, then taking a test assessment, and finally assessment day in person. After the assessment day they gave offers to candidates

Question 1
Standard cooperate questions like give a situation that made you feel stressed what did you do about it.
Several steps, all described in advance and with feedback for each stage after 1-2 weeks. Last step is to prepare a presentation of a very broad topic in the wind industry to evaluate your way of interpreting and tackling the broadness of the question, as well as knowledge of the wind industry.
