Very very basic.

this post s not to defend or malign anyone but to put the facts straight. I worked for Vehere for 7 years before I recently moved on to another opportunity. I can post this now as Vehere has a strict policy not to indulge in any counter-argument. I was involved in your interview. 1. You came in claiming you are a Guru in C/C++. You were asked to solve a very basic question that actually required 14 lines of C code but that required more of your logical reasoning then your technical skills. You pondered over it for 20 minutes and then suddenly request for a PC. It may not be 7, but I do have 11 years of C experience 2. The exact words used were "What other technical strength you have apart from C?" You arrogant went on saying how great you are in C and the three of us were wondering how that can be if you cannot answer even basic questions 3. You fumbled the first time. We again decided to speak to you to understand your technical strength which you again fumbled on, finally to ensure that full justice was done to your seniority, you were connected with a very senior person but then again you even failed to clear that round. 4. If you were so upset the first time, why did you decide to come to the office twice and once speak over the phone? 5. They only truth about your post is that "the interview was very very basic" (that too you failed to clear) 6. I will not name you for the sake of decency but a person like you should never be given any opportunity anywhere. You spread false negative criticism when beaten rather than gracefully backing out.
