Interview
The interview process started with a phone screen, which was followed by a pre-interview assessment. There were 2 interviews: 1st with the Hiring Manager (CFO). Then, I met with the CEO and COO.

Most questions during the interviews were behavioral and looking to find the right fit. However, we did discuss the the pre-interview assessment which covered technical accounting skills.
