Interview
Simple interview asking what you value in a community and what makes a good culture. They really just want to know your fit within their cafe's culture. After the interview, you receive an email notifying you if they would like to have you on the team.
Super fun and easy with a bunch of different higher ups and cafe managers. Questions were straight forward and with different groups of interviewers. Only one round of interviews and you were then told which cafe you were being hired to.

Interview
It was a group hiring event. I interviewed and got hired 2 days later. It was 3 of the store managers from each store in LA. They asked a few questions each. It was 2 other interviewees.
