Interview
The interview lasted approximately 2 hours. First I talked to an HR rep for 15 minutes, then three people on the team for 30 minutes who asked me behavioral questions, then I talked to the two team leads for 30 minutes, who asked me questions about academics/work experience, then I talked to my direct supervisor for 30 minutes who had me ask him questions about the company and asked me questions about my career/academic goals, then I talked to another HR rep for 15 minutes who asked me questions about other offers I had.

They were spaced out with the HR happening first and the other two rounds happening over a weeks time . The interviewers were very encouraging and to the point.
They were very flexible with scheduling the dates for the interview based on my availability.
They did speed up the process as well when I informed them that I had very little time to apply for work authorization .
