Spoke with Head of Product & Engineering, VP of Engineering -- positive experiences with both. I could tell they were excellent and really, really cared about maintaining high standards. Did a coding challenge, then came in for an onsite - met all of the engineers. Overall, a positive experience and enjoyed meeting and nerding out. You can tell they're all compelled by their industry and want to succeed.

No whiteboarding. Instead, I had a few phone calls, a take home assignment (similar to building a small production feature in Rails), and then an onsite to meet everyone and discuss my code.
