I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Version 1 (London, England) in Mar 2025
Interview
Easy screening call. Moved onto an interview with two hiring managers. Received zero feedback even when I requested it about 8 times. Had to chase the recruiter multiple times to even get the second interview. Incredibly poor recruitment team.

Describe an example of how you've displayed any of the Version 1 values
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Version 1 (Belfast, Northern Ireland) in Mar 2024
Interview
Call with Version 1 recruiter, psychometric tests, competency interview, 2nd interview with hiring manager and additional background on project. Interviews were well structured with clear questions. Open conversations which put you at ease.

What is your understanding of Scrum ceremonies and can you explain the role that you have played in them?
I applied online. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at Version 1 (Birmingham, England) in Nov 2023

Impossible recruitment processes
If you manage to actually get an interview it is a very thorough process
There seem to be many arms of their recruitment team, who don't seem to speak to each other, I have been approached several times about roles and each time I reply I then get ghosted. I finally got to an interview, and had to continually chase for an update. I was then advised I wasnt successful, despite being told I had the exact skillset the previous day. Was put forward for another role and heard nothing more. Then 2 different members of the recruitment team contacted about another different role, but by this time I had already secured a role elsewhere.
Advise to management would be to create a centralised recruitment team that actually speak to each other,
if someone responds when you reach out, return to them.
