Very poor experience. I had to do 3 online psychometrics tests that lasted one hour. Then technical interview that lasted one more hour. The technical interview was ok and the lady was nice and friendly. Before the third stage the recruiter sent me an email re the HR interview and I should have a look at the "Core Values" of the companies which I did and it sounded like serious about them. The interview was alright. She asked a lot of standard questions regarding my working attitudes and how I approach my work on a daily basis. It lasted another hour. There was a fourth stage but the recruiter told me I wasn't successful at the HR interview. The feedback was I didn't know their core values! Which was absurd as I wasn't asked about them at all in the interview. It sounded like they just wanted to say no with a an arbitrary excuse. Over all, it is time consuming and long stages and I was refused for very an arbitrary reason.
