I was asked to come in so that I can interview with my direct superior and daily colleague during my interview process. We met in the conference room in the lobby. It was definitely very personalized, relaxed and on point. We discussed a variety of different topics such as past experience, confidence, examples of leadership and specific questions pertaining to the position.
