Vero RN interview questions

Friday afternoon phone interview for a position that requires phone skills. After talking in circles with the hiring manager, I learned that their salary was non negotiable and their hours were rigid with a set lunch hour. I cancelled the in person interview because this is not a typical recruiting position. It is a call center.
