I applied for the role in February and received a callback in April. Over the course of the hiring process, I had three interviews: one with the Content Director, another with the Vice President, and finally, a culture-fit interview with the team I would be working closely with. Based on my interactions, all three conversations went exceptionally well. There was lots of laughter, engaging back-and-forth questions, and each discussion lasted almost an hour.
However, when I didn't hear back after three weeks, I reached out to the HR representative for an update on my application, but received no response. I genuinely enjoyed my interactions with the people at this company, which makes it all the more disheartening that I received no feedback—positive or negative—after going through the entire process. For an organization that prides itself on being people-centric, a simple update on my application status would have been appreciated.
