I spent about 20 minutes answering questions and then went on a tour of the facility. The person who did my interview was friendly and candid. They said the people were great and all signs pointed towards a friendly work environment: they had a whiteboard where people wrote thank yous to each other and about 8 people were eating lunch together at a picnic table outside when I arrived.
