Verkada interview questions

Difficult interview process; lot of brain teasers and puzzles; kind of consulting style interviews in nature. It seems like they are an intense group of people overall. Mentioned a work hard play hard culture which I don't think is a great sign.

Started with a recruiter screen call, 1st interview on zoom with hiring manager, the proceeded to on site interviews, probably about 5, but overall a good well organized experience. There was a large focus on culture fit and performance management.
