Met employer at a job fair. I had a phone interview with a manager, who then scheduled an in-person interview. I had to do some profiles and tests prior to the interview. At the face to face interview, I had two separate interviews with two individuals. I had to wait two months to get a call back from them, then I was offered a position, pending a background check, which consisted of a credit check, criminal record check, and an employment background check.

Initial Interview was professional. Interviewer was candid about the roles day to day. It seemed lots of people were unaware of how much field time may have been in the job prior to applying.
