you have two interviews before you get hired you go in person to the first interview after that you wait to see if they call you if they do you go for a second interview to discuss offer than they send you to get a drug test and if you pass your hired

Interview
It was a short brief interview, that asked the typical questions. I met with a store manager and then I had a final interview with the store owner which went very well.
