The manager called and asked a few questions and set up a date and time for the interview. Human resources was not involved. The interview occurred in a hotel conference room. Two managers attended. It was simple with only a few questions asked. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Applying online. Then being contacted by HR to arrange in person interview with manager. Manager is located regionally and will travel near your location for interview. Following a phone interview with senior leadership with manager.
The process happened in two interviews. The first was a phone interview and the second was in person. They also have an exam to take on the second interview. Overall, was good.

Office for the insurance inspections. Went over questionnaire and brief quiz. Over all a pleasant experience. After being hired there was comprehensive remote training and a mentor assigned to me in the field.
