Verint Software Engineering Manager interview questions

First interview was with the director which i thought went will. 2nd round was with the at level managers followed by third phase which was with the direct report. 2 days prior to the interview with the direct report, this exact same position was already posted on LinkenIn even though the interview with the 3 direct report was not cancelled. Following that interview, i was informed that the management decided to go in a different direction and was not offered a job nor an explanation why the job was posted prior to the final interiew.
