I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Verifaya Technology (Bengaluru) in Jul 2023
Interview
This whole hiring process was a complete joke. The HR couldn't even bother to provide a job description upfront. I had to practically beg for it after submitting my resume. And let's talk about the so-called interview – the CEO took it, and then radio silence. No response from the HR, no feedback, nothing.
And don't even get me started on the blatant disregard for my time. Every time I called, it was just a series of empty promises and delays. "I'll update you tomorrow," or "next week," they said. Yeah, right. After a month of this nonsense, the HR finally admitted that my industry didn't align with theirs, and they might get back to me if they can't find anyone else. Seriously? What a waste of my time and energy.
My advice? Don't bother attending any interviews with this unprofessional outfit. Save yourself the trouble and skip this company altogether. They clearly have no respect for candidates and are just a time-wasting machine.
