fair, but too long. took them weeks to get back to me, when they kept saying "at the end of the week" for a solid 3 times. wish they were more transparent. nice people overall

Interview
First round was typical screener, mostly focused on ensuring interests and needs were aligned. Comp is market value and benefits are barebones but that's expected for a startup. A few red flags about high turnover and poor work life balance. Second round was with the team leader and moderately technical but not difficult. Seems like a good scientist recently moving into a leadership position. Never heard back after the second round.
