Straightforward and friendly team. After an initial intro, you'll be asked to do a few writing and editing tests to ensure you have the skill they need. The tests are timed, but there is no limit.

Interview
Very intensive interview process. Had 5 out of 6 potential interviews! Last one would have been to meet the CEO. The idea of wanting a prospective teammate to meet a good amount of the folks they'd be working with is a nice one, however it was definitely exhaustive and each one was varying levels of intense. It's presented as, the further along you get, the more they are casual and getting-to-know-you in tone. However, the 5th one was with a department Chief and was disarmingly difficult. Lots of questions about company-specific insider info topics that I wasn't prepared to talk about, and felt like I had no idea of possibly knowing without actually working there, so it felt a bit like I was being set up.
I was bummed and a bit drained to be passed on after putting in so much time with them-- again, 5 of 6 potential interviews! I appreciate being thorough but that is a LOT and you would hope a company is excited enough about you to know by then whether they want to bring you on. I feel like I could have feasibly received an offer after any of the 4 preceding full interviews.

Question 1
For how many interviews occurred, there was definitely overlap in same / similar questions asked by multiple people. Not sure how much communication happened between the people performing the interviews with regard to each candidate and what was already discussed.

I had signed up to Verblio (previously BlogMutt) There was a lack of transparency within the entire process. I had hoped that by signing up and receiving information would have allowed me to know more about the company, however that was not the case. Maybe their policies have changed now, but when they were known as Blogmutt, it was totally different.
