Veracity Software interview questions

Applied online. Later received an un-scheduled phone call discussing the potential position, which seemed to entail Veracity finding positions at their partner/client companies. It was later in the phone call revealed to me that Veracity would take 20% of all earnings from any full-time position acquired through them, for the first 2 years. It was at this point that I told them it was not a good fit.

Please ensure to clarify all details regarding the internship during the initial call before scheduling an on-site interview. It was communicated as a software development internship, but upon arriving, I was informed about a screening round and a requirement to pay ₹25,000. This makes it more of a service or course than an internship. To avoid wasting the time and money of candidates, it’s important to disclose such details beforehand so they can make informed decisions. Every person’s time and money are valuable, especially for freshers. I kindly request you to consider this for future candidates. Thank you."
