Two round interview process following phone screening. One with direct manager and one with head of sales. Interview questions were more weed out questions than stumpers, as there is such high turnover within the company that they are checking if you are competent and can hold a conversation.
Interview was pretty easy. Initial phone call with recruiter. Then an interview with the regional manager and a final interview with one of the owners. After that we picked a start date and began training.
Met with the owner of the company and the sales director. Different Interview style than anything I was used to. They pitched me on the job and let me ask any questions that came to mind
