Vention interview questions

HR initial screening, Meet the application engineering team, design challenge with the platform they have using their ecosystem of parts and then present it. It went smooth, the process took 2 weeks.

Was headhunted via LinkedIn. Three rounds of interview, fowwed by extensive case study presentation (due in 5 days). Did not hear back. Radio silence, even after follow-ups. I got a sense that the teams are disjointed and overworked. Lack of structure and chaotic.
