Ventia interview questions

Awful experience. 4 phase interview process with repetitive questions. The process is not efficient and more driven by political hierarchy. Made it to the last stage and all I got was a lousy email the reasons why I wasn’t selected but my experience states otherwise.

Very average experience, triple interviewed, I feel like my time was wasted inside the second and third interview as they were very much a box-ticking exercise. Which leads into what the company or this contract is.. everything is a box ticking exercise and an exercise to ensure that all big problems are moved into the future.
