Venn Technology interview questions

Representative from Venn reached out to me via LinkedIn for Salesforce Senior Consultant Role. I had 3 interviews. All 3 interviewers were able to see my Experience from LinkedIn profile as well as resume. First 2 interviews were simple and straight forward. Mostly on the company/culture/different kind of projects and etc. In the 3rd interview they did a complete 180 from the initial interviews and the job description. 3rd Interviewer said I wasn't a fit for this position since they were looking for someone with Senior Level CPQ experience while in the past 2 interviews and the Job Description NO WHERE was it mentioned that CPQ was a requirement. If anything the Title of the position should have been Senior Salesforce CPQ Consultant. Not to mention that someone from Venn had reached out to me to interview for that position so I would assume they are aware of the position they are trying to fill and can advertise correctly to the applicants.

I first met with a young woman for a screening interview. She was polite, but not able to answer many questions and it seemed a little strange. The second interview was with one of the owners. This interview went well, but the company insists on 100% on-site which in the Tech industry for an outside sales role seems out of step and a bit micro-managey side, and I did not make it to the next round. I was not disappointed. My impression was that it was one of those "we're a family here" places and I am not interested in that environment. Give me a place that understands that employees are not family in any way please, but to each his own.
