First phone screening interview with very reasonable questions. Consisted of culture fit, previous experience, knowledge of software development, previous projects, teamwork, and a few technical questions. This was followed by an online technical test using Codility. I found the test to be very challenging with a bit of a learning curve. I had never used an online IDE for a coding challenge before.
