The initial interaction was via email after I applied to an online advertisement posted on Indeed, which was followed with three separate phone interviews -- brief ones and all in the same time window. After the phone correspondence, I was invited to an in-person interview that lasted over two hours and met with four different individuals, some of whom I had already spoken with. The latter part was a bit too much as I felt like I had to repeat things over and over again to various individuals. I believe the process would've been more efficient if I could have spoken with everyone at the same time both with regards to the phone and the in-person inteviews.
