The first thing is to answer an email questionnaire, after that you get 2 video interviews, one with HR and one with your “manager”, after that your supposed to get a response.

15 minute interview with HR. They ask you why you are the ideal candiate. Not much else as it is a short inteview. Talk about your skills and tech experience and why "consulting" is for you
