As this is a Start-up organization - only 3 selection rounds were conducted - first one was the communication round, second one was a Technical round where-in I was asked about Networking, different languages, Linux OS, and the final round was a Personal Interview where-in I had a discussion about myself, and then there were salary negotiations.
