A recruiter invited me to a phone call interview. I honestly felt like I was the one doing most of the interviewing. All she did was ask me to share my work experience. After that, I had a few questions I wanted to know about Velocify's culture. She could not give me a confident or genuine straight answer. She was fumbling all her responses. I was truly surprised. I felt like I was screwing up just for wanting to know things that I simply have to know about companies before working for them. I was pretty disappointed that they didn't have the professionalism to reach back out after the interview and let me know if I was getting an offer or not. Even after I followed up and the recruiter responded, no clear answer. Doesn't seem like a professional company.
