They need to fire one of their recruiter. She doesn’t even know what she’s doing and she thinks she deserves to make decisions when she does know nothing about candidates’ skillset and experience. This was the worst recruiter I have ever experienced.
Connected with a recruiter, and then moved to an online coding assessment. And then moved to an on-site which had a system design, debugging, and culture-fit interviews. Overall positive experience.
