There were many rounds of interviews until the final offer but I only made it through the first two rounds. The first one is a 30-45 minute interview with someone in HR who ensures that you understand the role you have applied for and asks you strengths-based questions such as tell me about a time where you had to work with someone challenging and tell me about how you balance many priorities at once. The second interview was with the head of the business consultant development program who was very nice and interested in motivations for why you had applied for previous work experience and what you learnt from it. He was also very interested in your motivations for applying to this particular stream and enquired about my degree as it was not clearly relevant to the job position. I did not proceed further after this interview and when I asked for feedback it was because my motivation for the job role was not clear enough. Despite this rejection, both interviews were a very good experience for me and both interviewers were very kind and polite.
