Very Disorganized Interview Process & Unreasonable Expectations I recently interviewed for an Associate Consultant role at Veeva, and unfortunately, it was a complete waste of time. Despite the position being advertised as 100% remote, the interviewer insisted that I needed to live in a specific area, which was never mentioned in the job posting. Additionally, they made it clear they wanted someone with absolutely no other responsibilities—no school, no side projects—essentially expecting full availability beyond just a standard job. This was especially confusing because they don’t even require a degree for the role, yet they have such strict and contradictory expectations. The entire experience felt disorganized and misleading.
