6 weeks between initial application to declining offer. Initial interview (brief), take home challenge (creation of a test plan), panel interview (several hours long), wait for CEO to sign off on offer, then received offer. The process was quite long and the longest part was waiting for the CEO's approval (a bit of a red flag since that's micro management at the very top). In between the time I did the panel interview and while waiting for an offer I started and finished 2 full interview processes with other companies, one of which I accepted an offer. If Veeva had made an offer on my 4th week of waiting or earlier, I would have accepted immediately.
