The absolute worst experience I have ever had. Run while you still can. They offer a below the market salary ($20k-$25k less than any other consulting firm) and has a STRICT no negotiation policy. Yes, in 2022 there are still companies out there thinking they can get away with this. The interview process is extremely rigorous and consists of 5 rounds with panel interviews, case studies, presentations, etc. The interview process is more extensive and difficult than the big 4 consulting firms! The interviewer dodged my work life balance question, and gave me an extremely vague answer. Red flags everywhere in this company, so please do yourselves a favor and keep applying elsewhere. I've had multiple job offers from the big consulting firms and smaller ones than Veeva that offered an actual live-able salary for entry level consultants. In this day and age, during a pandemic, highest inflation rates in history, possible world war 3, gas prices the highest its ever been, and so on- you would assume they could have a least an ounce of compassion. Avoid at all costs, for your future self's sake. There are thousands of companies out there willing to give you what you deserve! Entry level or not, you are valuable, so please don't settle for the worst kinds of companies such as Veeva Systems.
