In my case after 1-2 week will say that they asked it by mistake
They will say that they now is not toxic environment as it was,
Some interviewers weren't people I want to work with.

1. Peer programming - 2 questions in 1 hour
2. Software design round - requirements were shared 2 days before
3. Technical & competency based questions - met with senior team members

- Interview with tech lead
- Pair programming with 2 engineers.
- Systems design with 2 engineers.
- Interview with management.
After that, radio silence not only from the company but from the recruiter. The worst thing is that the recruiter was telling me that they wanted to make me an offer.
I hope they don't treat their employees as they treat candidates.
