Interview
The interview process was pretty straight forward. I was asked to do a demo of the product on my 3rd interview. This made me extremely nervous, but with a background in SaaS, I knew I would do well. I don't believe this is part of their interview process now, though at times I think it should be.

Interview
First, had a screening recall with a recruiter who asked about my resume. They then scheduled a meeting in person with the manager for the position and a senior CSR. Asked easy questions about handling difficult situations, multi-tasking, and using computers.
