I recently gave interview for a senior Full-stack profile. The interviewer I received seemed to be around 5 years in experience and bit new as an interviewee. Interview questions were approach based on feature implementations, mostly theoretical. However, the interviewee was focussed on hearing answers according to his knowledge. Anything else and your answer is wrong. Overall, the interview went pretty well from my perspective, but I was rejected. Upon checking feedback after contacting the recruiter, I got to know the feedback which was very generic without mentioning any specific negative points which influenced the rejection decision.
