Interview
Interview process was not up to the mark. All rounds of interview were conducted over phone. Moreover questions asked during interview were very poor. They were not concerned about my experience but were more concerned on my theoretical knowledge on biology. Questions asked were What is a cell? What are cell organelles? What is the difference between DNA and RNA. Asking such questions to a PhD degree holder in my opinion is slightly irritating and humiliating.

It was good and all process happens in 1 day if you passed the interview, clear your basics and you will be able to clear the interview, good place to start your career to gain experience, everything is ok ok

The process of selection was in 3 round. 1st I have cleared written test then cleared Group discussion. And the last round was personal Interview. I have cleared all the rounds and get a job in vastu vihar.. The written test's questions was totally from civil engineering basics question and mainly focused on construction related questions and BMC.
