Phone interview with HR, in person interview with Sales Manager. Very disorganized. Had to reschedule interview twice. Very basic questions every sales job asks. They will likely offer you a job in the interview. They have high turnover so if you can be articulate and seem energetic you will get the job.

Interview
Spoke with recruiter a couple days after I submitted resume. She told me all about the job, and then did a phone interview that lasted about 15-20 minutes. She answered all my questions. I then scheduled an interview for the next day. The interview was pretty lengthy, which consisted of a typing test, computer test, meeting with CEO, listening to two live calls, taking notes on these calls and then meeting with the recruiter.

Interview
The hiring and interview process was normal. It is a must to have resume in hand. Not sure why people would go without one. They are looking for talented and confident people. The Hiring Manager was thorough and respectful. The atmosphere was fun! Office was clean. One thing I immediately noticed was the sales board showing to date totals.
